non-government charity. The kind of voluntarism that Ron Paul speaks of so often and this in itself should be publicized to prove that the power is in the people, not the Federal Bureaucracy! This fine gentleman has almost instantly recovered (improved even) with the help and compassion of total strangers. This is what makes America great.
