how many people will he kidnap for "crimes" involving no victim?
if he pulled the guy over for an expired registration sticker he had one of two things in mind:
1) gotta nail someone soon, the boss has been on my ass.
2) dude looks like he may have dope, what can i get him for?
cops are enforcers. their job is suppressing liberty on a daily basis.
i'm glad the guy did a nice thing, but lets not forget the trail of consternation and shattered lives this man will play an integral role in.
