i wasn't saying all cops are necessarily corrupt or dishonest.

they may be doing the best job they can and be entirely honest. but if they take part in suppressing a mans liberty - which they do by ticketing him for spitting on a sidewalk or caging him because he smokes meth- they have become enforcers and the government, the mob.

don't get me wrong, that wasn't about how much i hate cops. i don't. i just have serious issues with the institution and its implications.
