Comment: Could bitcoins be a stealth program
Could bitcoins be a stealth program
to get us used to the idea of a "cashless" society?
No matter how legitimate the intentions of its founders meant this to be or how secure this open-source program is, the inconvenience of tangible exchanges still have greater appeal for me.
On the flipside, it's great that bitcoins does offer an alternative. And this type of initiative should be encouraged, whether its technology-based or not.
My biggest skepticism about bitcoins however is that the Feds have not taken any action against this like they did with Liberty dollars created by Bernard von NotHaus. However, this does not necessarily indicate whether or not bitcoin system is endorsed by the ruling-class. They don't seem too interested in attacking bitcoins for some reason.
counter-intelligence & psychological operations programs keep the herd stupid & the uninitiated running in circles. They are far-reaching; usually within the confines of denial.
