This is an open question

It is fraud to mislabel a product. For instance I bought a snack that described itself as a blueberry yogurt snack. However when I opened the container, they were blueberry jellies. I consider this fraud. Here is the product:, with the strawberry version its obvious, but I hadnt seen that product.
Point being, Whether or not a GMO fruit is the same as the non-GMO fruit is a gray area and should be open for discussion. Ultimately common law will decide.
