It is fraud to mislabel a product. For instance I bought a snack that described itself as a blueberry yogurt snack. However when I opened the container, they were blueberry jellies. I consider this fraud. Here is the product: http://www.welchsfruitsnacks.com/products/fruit-n-yogurt/, with the strawberry version its obvious, but I hadnt seen that product.
Point being, Whether or not a GMO fruit is the same as the non-GMO fruit is a gray area and should be open for discussion. Ultimately common law will decide. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x65Sc58L6z0
