Art speaks perfect English
when he's talking to an audience of English-speakers. His fluency in Spanish is a GOOD thing in Southern California. The Hispanic population here is largely conservative, and having a fellow Hispanic as head of the RPLAC will be a good outreach. You have a problem with people smart enough to speak more than one language?
P.s. I WILL be one of the people voting for him tomorrow.
