it hasn't even been an issue in the debate this is distracting. If it were an issue it would be political suicide to do something that takes the public off guard that fast.

the real issue is 4th amendment exclusionary rule. That is the only remedy to stop the cops from breaking in and taking illegal stuff without a warrant or probable cause, regardless of the crime, and then coming back later and arresting you.. its called a "confirmation search"

iv'e heard that SCOTUS is ruling on it soon so byebye bright line, hellp pre-crime.
