Yes - a person was apprehended in the woods - had on camo and dark clothes. The cops grabbed him. So - you jump to the conclusion that he was involved?
This was chaos... not a traffic stop.
They locked down schools all around the area - they didn't know what was going on. Was that part of the plan?
