Do you believe people have the freedom to do what they choose?
Violent video games aren't even the underlying cause. That argument is like saying, "Well, if we banned guns there'd be no more murders." - Disregarding the fact that murder will occur whether a gun is available or not.
So, just like guns aren't the problem, video games aren't the problem.
In most cases you'd blame the individual responsible because in a free society you have to own up to your mistakes, but when you're dealing with a person who has a mental disability I'd blame the parents, guardians, or any other people involved in the care and welfare of someone who is mentally disabled.
