You definitely know what our founders were thinking

when you look at what they did.
The Revolutionary was actually started with 'the shot heard 'round the world' when the Brits went to Concord to confiscate Americans' weapons and to Lexington to capture Samuel Adams and John Hancock.
When the Brits were stealing gunpowder from the storehouse in Virginia, Patrick Henry led about 5,000 men towards the area where the theft was happening and the outcome was that the fearful Brits paid for the gunpowder. The gunpowder was later moved to protect it from the Brits grubby paws.
It's the Revolutionary War all over again. The Brits were trying to do what the central government is trying to do now - and the reasons why the central govt is trying to do it now is the same reason why the Brits tried to do it back then - to prevent American citizens from being able to "dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them..." because the evil force in DC knows "whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."
I think it's time we remind the citizens that the Declaration of Independence is the first of our 4 organic laws and the most important as it clearly outlines our fundamental political principles.
