He has the right to express freedom of speech..However, when he is using his speech to essentially propagandize an attack on another inalienable right, is it no longer actually speech he is using but actual warfare? Its not as if we have a television station in which we can use a soapbox to espouse our beliefs from and influence minds. I say deport him. The 2nd amendment may be the most important right of all since it is the last resort to protect the rest..
