When I read the long one (the second one posted here), I figured they must already be doing it. And that movie "Why in the world are they spraying" seems good from what I've seen of it. I still haven't watched the whole thing yet, but from what I saw so far it seems worthy of a watch.

And not to be a nitpicker on your Observation - The planes only appear when there is a lack of cloud cover, but how do know they're not flying up above the clouds on cloudy days? Technically, I suppose if they are, you would not be able to observe them, but it doesn't mean they aren't there.
