Comment: Wow, what a perversion from that website
Wow, what a perversion from that website
Here is what the verse really says. (using KJV, just like the above website claims to use.)
"Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed” (1st Corinthians 15:51-52)
This is what the above website referenced did to that verse.
This is the Rapture of the Church, which may take place at any “moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed” (1st Corinthians 15:52).
They chopped out the first two words of the verse preceding the word "moment" in 1st Cor 15:52. So instead of it reading "In a moment", they make it sound like it is saying "At any moment". This is one of the points Pastor Anderson is making in this movie. The pre-trib rapture people have to twist and contort scripture to come out with the result they like, one of which is to say that the rapture can occur at any moment. You have just confirmed his point. Case closed!
