I do not know exactly how they calculated the temperature but they used the air bubbles.

Since 1850 the co2 concentration has exponentially increased from 320 to 380.

And burning hydrocarbons results in increased co2 concentrations. But if some or most charts depict co2 lagging temperature than I am not sure what to think of it. Also, every article I read has an agenda. They either are trying to prove global warming or deny it. So the information is hard to trust.

Here is a nice chart showing the relationship during the industrial period. There is no way to tell what is lagging on it.

So I am still left in purgatory not knowing if global warming is a scare tactic used to scare the population into being taxed and controlled more.
