That is sort of funny.

They only spray on clear days, huh? Where I live, they spray ABOVE the clouds, as can plainly be seen when you get a little break in them.

And you base your hypothesis on the notion that they are trying to protect us... However, for your own reasons, you do want to know what you are being sprayed with and that is better than being sure it is "for your own good" and not wondering what it is.

You ARE aware that the laws are on the books which give the government permission to use civilians as unsuspecting guinea pigs, right? If that is news to you, do some google work.
