Comment: the thought crime aspect worries me more than

them banning certain guns. The fact is just about anyone can be diagnosed as going through some sort of mental illness and if they say no-one ever proscribed any drugs to treat depression, anxiety or whatever else can own a gun that's a lot of people. Any vet, any one who has experienced extreme highs or lows, any one who doesn't sleep well all the time, anyone anywhere on the autism spectrum and so on and so on.
What they'll probably do is make wanting a gun a psychosis.
