Free speech is a human right

As a human, he is entitled to free speech. As a foreigner, he is subject to our immigration laws, a power we the people delegated to Congress with the drafting of the Constitution. He is free to say whatever he wants, even after being evicted from our soil. He would not lose that right to free speech simply because he was deported.

The only reason we created a government to begin with was to form a body that would preserve our inalienable human rights. As long as a government continues to preserve those rights, it must be protected from enemies.

If Piers ever wants to be naturalized, he will have to take an oath that includes a vow to defend the Constitution and a vow to bear arms on behalf of the United States. Since it sounds like he is unwilling to do either, and he isn't here on vacation, his presence here has run its course.
