A foreigner inciting the citizens to overturn fundamental Law

... does not fall under acceptable free speech imo.

His opinions about guns are perfectly fine for him to express.

He crosses the line when he attacks a foundational law he doesn't admit the true purposes and original intent of. And then further uses his public bully pulpit to advocate overturning it.

It is not appropriate for foreigners to cross certain lines imo.

Not his country. He has no vote. He has no say. Its not his business. And he is in a public place advocating for it.
