Good article.

Though it doesn't emphasize quite as much as I'd expect the fundamental issue of abnormal size growth of over bloating governments securing cronies, and about the moral hazard that its interested policy makers and bureaucrats NECESSARILY create with or without (mostly WITHOUT) good intents ... to complete the fascist theft loop.
