the scotus sure doesn't have the track record of holding our rights dear,afterall they went from upholding to interpreting,even going so far as violating the const without losing any sleep over it
that patriot act was not supposed to be used on americans,but i have seen people jailed for filming them,and citing that act as their guide
i am one of them people who quivers ever time they open their yaps
might be from them saying,you have no standing in court if you haven't been personally affected by it yet(instead of them saying,this law/act does not line up with the const,so therefor has no standing
