"Speeding is not a crime that a libertarian recognizes."

"Speeding is not a crime that a libertarian recognizes. There is no victim unless he hits somebody, but even then it is a civil matter. Public safety laws are creations of the nanny state."

I feel this exact same way, and it is the reason I feel it is necessary to run so many red lights on my way home from work in the morning. If I am the only vehicle on the road, why must I sit at a traffic light and have my time wasted... So I run them, but I digress.

I've been doing this on my own for a while, but I am interested to see if you have any sources of information that I might read on the subject by minds greater than my own? Specifically the Libertarian/Voluntaryist philosophy of traffic laws/violations/citations. Thanks in advance :)
