Right, I thought of that as well. But, the reality is, it's not logical.

In my 'example', getting out of bed = crying, spanking, tiredness, sometimes even...yelling.

Staying in bed = reward, sleep, rest, happy!

So why? There is 'something' wrong with all of us, including my kids. In fact, they show it more sometimes because they have not learned to hide mistakes as well as us adults. It is 'something' that effects our thinking and behavior. We all have an inherent flaw inside us. It makes it so we make poor decisions, we do wrong towards others, and we drift towards things that are universally considered immoral.
