It was a travelogue style, and indicated that seeming precisely American was the goal.
One scene showed a car that wandered into town, got gas, and was on its way, none the wiser.
I seem to recall the voiceover saying something about Nebraska. It was definitely a mid-west “any town, USA”. It wasn’t specific of findings, more a warning to vigilance.
At the time, I thought, American actors, playing Russians playing Americans. I stopped thinking then, and just watched (I may have fallen asleep). :)
It was a very long time ago, projected onto a wall. I always loved those old travelogue propaganda films.
