Yes, except the new URL would be in the format of facebook.com/new-title.

You can't change the URL from:

facebook.com/pages/original-title/some-numbers

to:

facebook.com/pages/new-title/some-numbers

... Which means that "RIP Victoria Soto" was the original page title created on december 10th.
