Yeah the NAVY is a real Swiss Watch

And NOTHING will ever happen to such a valuable ship: Because then we would pay the $4Billion to replace it? No. Billions in cash is never an incentive to the Military Industrial Complex.

Gulf of Tonkin (1. Their radar calibrations were F-ing pinpoint there Sponge AND 2. No one would ever use an attack on a ship to push a political purpose)

USS Liberty (Do I even need to describe this?)

Honestly, the original poster doesn't know anything about how ships at sea operate. Watch a movie or something, seriously. Having served in the US Navy, I can tell you that every single one of the above suppositions is complete balderdash. When a warship is at sea, a fair portion of the ship's company is awake at any one point in time. There is also something called radar
(USS Cole, Again AMAZING radar work and The Crew's award wining alertness to stealth threats in the Port of GD Aden, which every sailor knows is like rolling up into St. Kitts)
