You missed my sarcasm
I was casually mentioning that the year before the VA Tech massacre they had an open carry policy. During that time, they had a similar shooting but the shooter was immediately shot by a person that just happened to be carrying. It ended in 2 deaths. One by the shooter and the shooter himself. No media.
