..But yes...to many "CHRIST-ians" the Pope is a symbol of Christianity to them...Are not Catholics considered Christians?
But that in itself, along with your rant, is not what I am replying to.
Let's stick to the original statement I made concerning the "context" of the aforementioned "speech", which is supposedly from 2010.
It addressed pedophilia much the same way as the late Daniel Patrick Moynihan, who, although being a liberal NY Democrat, wrote a book decrying the "legitimization" of "deviant behavior" in American Society....and some years ago his book was published.
The Pope's speech was along the same lines of thought;NOT what your interpretation alleges...and it's as clear as day, in that regard.
Either your prejudices are clouding this, or your reading comprehension is to blame.....That's for you to figure out.

Your tirade against the head of their church, at this time of year, and in this manner does little to foster a partnership toward a return to Constitutionally-adherent government.
We don't have to kiss somebody's a$$ to win them over...but insulting divisive language certainly is inappropriate.
It's not how Ron Paul would do it.
"Beyond the blackened skyline, beyond the smoky rain, dreams never turned to ashes up until.........
...Everything CHANGED !!
