I'm much better at that, but I often keep my mouth shut about conspiracies. Mostly out of fear or ridicule, and that is wrong. I justified it to myself because I thought refuting these things was good for politics. I thought talking about conspiracies and Ron Paul would cause others to discredit Ron Paul himself, I still think that to a degree.
However, I think I have a moral obligation to share the information I've learned to others politely. I feel an obligation to be a "Paul Revere" to all the men and women who have sacrificed their lives on the altar of freedom. I think it is necessary to talk about these lies and fight the disinformation. I am no longer afraid.
I know they will be skeptical, I always have treated others who talk conspiracy skeptically but I couldn't unlearn what they said. I've made fun of Alex Jones and Infowars more way more than once, but I still checked his site for information weekly. This thing is hard to believe, but there isn't no doubt that the Government is lying about 9/11 and JFK.
The individual who refuses to defend his rights when called by his Government, deserves to be a slave, and must be punished as an enemy of his country and friend to her foe. - Andrew Jackson
