If Christ selflessly died for our sins

so that we may be "saved," it logically follows that all sinners will be forgiven whether they believe in Christ or not. If being saved by Christ's sacrifice requires belief in Christ as savior, it is no longer selfless. It's like someone donating a million dollars to charity and insisting that it was done selflessly and anyone is free to partake of this great gift, but only if they bow down before the giver and proclaim him to be their great benefactor...if this weren't bad enough, the giver also proclaims that if you do not partake of his "gift," you will be condemned for ever and ever to hell or non-existence. This is not true spirituality my friend, this is a very transparent and evil method to force people into supporting a particular religion.
