One thing that has always bothered me about the Kennedy assasination is the fact that the driver kept slow until he saw Kennedy's head explode, then he punched it. He waits almost 15 seconds with his foot on the brake after both men have been shot. Anyone trained to drive the President should have gunned it as soon as the man said "I'm hit".
