Re gov't experiments, thanks, fishyculture

I'd heard of that incident re St. Louis. If perhaps done for different reasons than chemtrails, the fact remains: the government doesn't tell us things that are being experimented with - tested on us - that can have direct and indirect consequences to our health and our very lives. What do we have to do? Wait 50 years until chemtrail reports are declassified to find out what's happening right now?! FYI, here is the dissertation:
