I'm stating the simple fact that what a person loves determines his thoughts and actions. He thinks about how to satisfy the desires of his love then acts, if possible, to do so. We are free to love what we will. Sometimes the law or loss of reputation may curb our actions if the cravings of our love are evil, but the love remains. Pursuing evil loves leads to ultimate unhappiness, and pursuing wholesome and good loves leads to ultimate happiness. You're analogy is simplistic, illogical, intellectually juvenile, and misses the point.
