Philadelphia PA is constantly finding new ways to put people in jail relating to gun laws. If a mother doesn't report a stolen gun that a relative might have took, or if she faced the dilemma of buying her boyfriend a gun or else her baby has no food. She could offer herself as a prostitute if her boyfriend doesn't beat her up for it.
Anyway Philadelphia prisons wont suddenly get uncrowded by passing pro-pot laws.
If we all had to look closely at the lives and circumstances of all the people jailed due to laws we support we would think twice about it.
If we think hard about it there are ways to discourage gun deaths without locking a lot of people up. Some who learn in jail how to be a more successful criminal,
