when and if it gets "hot" how will we know the difference between a good cop and bad cop that is still in uniform/plain clothes ???

i know it will be more fluid than what i state here. It's going to be like 18th century France, where the King's own nephew rallied the civilian militia and ordered the artillery to advance while the rest of the french were retreating, but when they saw the aristocrat advancing towards the fight, they said, "The King's own nephew!"

Please can someone give me the details of this battle? It was in the early 1790s to the mid 1790s. i think it was the Austrians in france advancing to the capital.
