The devil has angels too.

Matthew 25:41
Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
Jude 1:6
And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

And the devil and his angels don't show up with tails and pitchforks when they show themselves to people either.
2 Corinthians 11:14
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

That's why John gave us a litmus test whereby to see if a spirit is actually of God or not.
1 John 4:1-3a
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
