Not "anyone"
We're talking about people that take medication AND commit crimes. Why can't that be a possibility? If we can connect violent behavior with certain medications, we can blame the person who committed the crime AND the drug company. Thus, the drug company comes under legal scrutiny and, hopefully, is charged/prosecuted.
Connecting the drug companies to specific people in our Society will shed better light as to WHY they do what they do.
At least, that's my 2 Bernanke's.
