forms of proof of the story, then I would tell her to get a lawyer. She has a legal claim under 42 USC 1983 for violation of her constitutional rights to remain free from unlawful search and seizure and false arrest. I would also fight the seatbelt violation in court with this same exact story and say that she took her seatbelt off once on the private property, if that is what. she. did.
