The man said that it even turned 'the cameras off' yet they had footage of the computers turning off (and one screen blinked on and off) in the scene before.
They must have already developed cameras that are resistant to the technology.

That scene was probably staged, but the technology is real.
If only all that money and energy that was spent on this device of war was used towards continuing solving the world'ss real problems like hunger, disease, poverty, ect.
