Comment: CORPORATIONS ARE NOT PEOPLE in terms of constitutional status

(See in situ)

CORPORATIONS ARE NOT PEOPLE in terms of constitutional status

but that does not mean corporations are not secure in their property and effects, because corporations are property of the majority shareholder/s. The majority shareholders should sue in their capacity as citizens of the united states, not as shareholders of the corporation.

corporations should only have recourse in civil matters as regulated by administrative bodies public interest policy, but never should SCOTUS review a corporation as a plaintiff and find the constitutional issue... unfortunately that day is closer than ever before because people can not see themselves the same way the constitution sees them.

after citizens united lines became blurry as the status of "we the people", but make no mistake that Corporations are NOT PEOPLE, and only PEOPLE should be protected by the constitution.

A true flower can not blossom without sunlight and a true man can not live without love.
