I agree. Your counterpoints are on.

Let those (government, anti gunners) put the work in to figure out and user your points. The negotiating bar has been set as high as it gets. Let them work to bring to a lower point. This point should be where we need to be at, exactly what the 2nd is about.

I believe we are weak on the 2nd. Our opening bid is too low. We therefore are just about always "calling".
