Not Selenium 90 yet. Finishing up bottle of Carlsen Super 2 Daily 2mg copper and another 11 minerals with vitamins and fish oil.

Started about 6 month ago.

I plan to switching to the vets pellets and potions. He's been formulating for human use for 30+ years. I don't mind expensive urine, it's cheap insurance. Getting the ratios right seems the efficient way to proceed.
