I've had critical discussions with a Nobel Laureate and a scientist cited by a Nobel Laureate (These would likely be plural except for the lack of Nobel Laureates). This discussion is hardly beyond my capacity.

To address your comment:

You specifically used a citation contained in Article I Section 8 of the Constitution in an above statement to support your fallacies. I responded appropriately as to why that citation was irrelevant with respect to this discussion.

When is the last time that you admitted you were wrong? It's a healthy thing to do from time to time and much more respectful than your floundering and mud slinging.
