One more thing: To summarize slightly on my comments

below, he needs to understand that the foreign corporation known as the UNITED STATES is under the 'presumption' that he is one of their employees, and they are punishing that employee for breaking internal-statutory rules/codes.

Well, if they are punishing him using internal statutory codes such as Title 18 or 50, or what have you of the US Code, then he needs to demand the shysters show him an employment contract that he and THEY have signed, and some payroll records they have on file for him, that would show that he is in someway obligated to abide by their internal-statutory codes/rules.

No Contract = No Jurisdiction ........ Case Fucking Closed!

As fraudulent as this mess is, it's as simple as him demanding they cough up an employment contract and past/present payroll records.

His question should be:

At the time of the complaint, can you prove I was performing some function of government and receiving pay for my time?

Simple as pie.
