You do not cite international units that you receive from sunshine. Too low? No meter? Not for sale?
Whether or not one has a notion to measure their appropriate vitamin D3 requirement, they will likely take a walk in the sunshine, rather than count international units. Far more folk walk in the sunshine than count international units. Those that walk outside daily seem to be healthy.
Please discover how much vitamin D3 we all may receive in the sunshine. North. South. East or West. Please discover as you go.
