I can only remember one from years ago

Where this guy orders a sandwich, and complains to the waitress that he specifically didn't want mayo on it. The Waitress takes the top slice of bread and wipes the mayo off on the side of the table, tosses the sandwich back at the guy, and walks off.

I think it was one of those Geico commercials.

I don't watch TV much nowadays, so I don't have any recent examples. ;o
