That is why, unlike every other Amendment in the Bill of Rights addressing specific rights, the Second Amendment does not begin with "Congress shall make no law..."
This also means all laws prohibiting the bearing of arms, concealed or otherwise, violate the Second Amendment, be they federal, state or local. It is nobody's effing business WHAT I carry on my person UNLESS I present a "clear and present danger" to those around me.
I clearly believe it is the duty of every citizen to be prepared to defend natural rights, if necessary, by deadly force. I adopted that believe a long time ago and it has kept me OUT of a lot more trouble than I had BEFORE I adopted it.
