I do not understand "person not corporation"

What are you getting at?

Papers are not a person. If a court subpoenas a corporation, an officer of the corporation must show up. The judge will get all petulant and bang his little hammer if they just fax the incorporation papers to the court. Likewise, putting some incorporation papers in the passenger seat does not put the corporation (person) there.
