Comment: A different economic attack
A different economic attack
I suggest everyone fill out their 2012 tax returns with the implied knowledge of the 4th Amendment... A "randomly selected audit" does not imply "probable cause" that a crime has been committed. The very essence of the word "random" implies that it is just that, "random." I've been told that this has been litigated and lost, but I think that if a few hundred thousand people, or a few million people, stood up and fought this argument, the IRS would have an extremely difficult time auditing taxpayers... No matter what you did to your tax return.
I think that its time for a serious economic attack. I suggest America starts with this.
