I'm glad he is filing a lawsuit. He got down to the nitty-gritty - it was a violation of his 4th Amendment rights to unreasonable search and seizure. They had no warrant, and I'm assuming that he did not give his consent. That city attorney was just taking advantage of him thinking that someone of that age wouldn't know his rights.
