Comment: When the 2nd amendment was written

When the 2nd amendment was written it gave the average citizen the same "firepower" that the Government had.
Now the Government has much more firepower and they're determined to take away the average citizen's "pea shooter", because no matter what kind of assault weapon you may possess, it still is a "pea shooter" in comparison to what kind of firpower the Government possess.
Also, they will not make any kind of comparison with past history, or recent history...whereas, if those refugees in Eastern Sudan (Darfur) had a "peashooter" those rebels would not have raped, killed, and burned babies alive...Sick, how they can't connect the damn dots.
Don't take my peashooter away.
